Fun Class last night!! Don’t mind the blurriness he’s not here, he’s working on his “honey do list”📋🤣🤣

Noon class, sequences this week!! Today was hip bump, opponent defends, switch to guillotine choke, opponent defends, sweep to mount for cross choke, opponent grabs arm, switch to s mount grabbing both arms to arm bar! Keep it FUN!!
